What We Build

Every scope.
One firm.

From tenant improvements to ground-up commercial builds, we match the right team to every project scale. No job too technical, no timeline too tight.

Why LA Build Group

Commercial-grade precision on every project.

We run every job — from a 600 sq ft ADU to a 100,000 sq ft commercial build — with the same project management rigor, the same licensed trades, and the same standard of accountability.

  • On-Time, Every Time

94% of our projects finish on or ahead of schedule. We build that into the contract.

  • In-House Licensed Trades

Our own crews for structural, electrical, plumbing, and finish work — no subcontractor roulette.

  • Permit Management Included

We handle the LA building permit process start-to-finish. You don't deal with LADBS — we do.

  • One Point of Contact

A dedicated project manager who knows every detail and answers your calls — not a dispatcher.

We've used LA Build Group for two commercial TI projects and our new office ground-up. They are the most organized contractor I've worked with in 15 years of development. Every milestone, on time.

Our ADU came in on budget and the permit process was completely hands-off for us. They handled LADBS, the inspections, everything. We had keys in 13 months from the day we signed.

I've built four custom homes. LA Build Group is the first GC where I didn't feel like I was babysitting the site. Weekly reports, real photos, honest conversations. Exactly what high-end work requires.

Construction costs in LA vary significantly by project type, location, and finish level. Commercial TI typically runs $80–$200/sq ft. Ground-up commercial runs $250–$500+/sq ft. ADUs range $200,000–$500,000+ depending on size and site conditions. Custom homes start at $450/sq ft for high-quality construction. We provide detailed estimates after a site visit.
Yes — completely. We manage the full LADBS permit process including plan check, title 24 energy calculations, structural engineering, and all required inspections. ADU permitting is something we've done hundreds of times, and we know how to navigate the LA process efficiently.
Yes. We hold an active California CSLB General Contractor license, carry $5M in general liability insurance, and are fully bonded. We provide certificate of insurance documentation as a standard part of every contract.
Timeline depends on scope and permit complexity. A typical commercial TI (5,000–15,000 sq ft) runs 8–16 weeks after permit issuance. Ground-up commercial projects range from 12–30 months depending on size. We build a detailed construction schedule into every contract and update it weekly.
Every project includes a 1-year workmanship warranty covering defects in labor and materials. Structural elements carry a 10-year warranty per California law. Equipment and mechanical systems carry manufacturer warranties which we facilitate and document for you at project close-out.
