LA Build Group has been delivering construction projects across Los Angeles since 2004. We started with residential renovations and grew into one of the region's most trusted commercial and ground-up contractors.

Two decades of building LA.

LA Build Group was founded by a third-generation contractor who grew up on job sites in the San Fernando Valley. The goal from the start was simple: bring commercial-grade project management discipline to every project, regardless of size.

That discipline — structured communication, rigorous subcontractor management, and uncompromising accountability to schedule and budget — is what separates us from the field. Clients who hire us once tend to call us for every project that follows.

Today we operate across all of greater Los Angeles, with a core team of project managers, superintendents, and field staff who have been with us for years. We've built everything from $200,000 ADUs to $40M commercial projects, and we approach every one the same way.

Founded in the San Fernando Valley
Started as a residential remodeling and renovation contractor serving West LA and the Valley.
2008
First commercial projects
Moved into commercial tenant improvements and small ground-up retail construction.
2012
Custom home division launched
Built first ground-up custom home in Pacific Palisades. Launched dedicated residential division.
2017
ADU program launched
Ahead of the ADU law changes, built first dedicated ADU project team. Now 200+ ADUs completed.
2021
Major commercial expansion
Delivered three $10M+ commercial projects simultaneously. Expanded project management team.
2024
340+ projects completed
4.2 million square feet built. Active on 12 simultaneous projects across LA.

Every client deserves a contractor who is properly licensed, bonded, and insured. We make our credentials transparent because your project — and your investment — deserves nothing less.

We provide certificate of insurance documentation as a standard part of every contract. Our CSLB license is active and in good standing.

CSLB General Contractor License
Active California Contractors State License Board license. License details available upon request. Valid for all commercial and residential construction in California.
General Liability Insurance
$5,000,000 per occurrence, $10,000,000 aggregate. Certificate of insurance provided at contract execution.
Contractor Surety Bond
Fully bonded in the state of California. Contractor license bond on file with the CSLB as required by state law.
Workers' Compensation
Active workers' compensation coverage for all employees and covered subcontractors. Certificates available on request.
