Ground-Up Construction

Building from scratch is the most complex type of construction project — and it's where our expertise is deepest. We manage every phase from site preparation and foundation through structural framing, MEP rough-in, skin and roof, and interior finishes.

Ground-up projects in Los Angeles come with specific challenges: hillside and slope conditions, expansive soils, seismic requirements, complex LADBS processes, and tight urban lots. We've navigated every one of these conditions on real projects.

ADU Construction

California's ADU laws have made Los Angeles one of the best markets in the country for accessory dwelling unit construction. We've built hundreds of ADUs — detached, attached, garage conversions, and Junior ADUs — and we know the permit process inside and out.

Our ADU clients consistently tell us two things: we delivered what we said, and we handled the city so they didn't have to. Full LADBS management, title 24 compliance, structural engineering, and final inspection are all included.
